Psychological therapy isn’t usually how it is portrayed in the media. We use evidence-based strategies and interventions to help you overcome challenges and address the difficulties you have been experiencing.
We sometimes find that people postpone seeing a psychologist because they fear there is a stigma attached to seeking therapy. Our psychologists are non-judgemental and will work with you towards your recovery with respect and confidentiality. Your psychologist will discuss any limits to confidentiality with you during your session.
